Audio Visual Consulting & Design
Our non-hassle process is simple.
• We assess your needs by establishing the required functionality of your
system and the desired performance requirements

• Develop and design specifications and provide typical schematic, floor plan and equipment elevation drawings

Audio Visual Engineering
Our Audio Visual Engineering services share a similar process as Audio Visual Consulting and Design but are geared towards providing a technical guidance and approach to technical services required for a fully functional integrated system.
After the system has been conceptually designed the next step is: How will it be built so it works?
• We take the design from conceptual and engineer to be functional
• Draft detailed wiring diagrams, rack elevations to provide intended
device and component integration for either the owner
and/or integration firms
• Develop network architecture requirements, system power
requirements and acoustic coverage predications.
• Coordination with field engineers and technicians to ensure systems are
installed, programmed and commissioned in compliance with technical
drawings and guidelines
Audio Visual Programming
We are experienced in utilizing a wide range of control systems, and regularly implement DSP programming on common platforms including QSYS, Crestron, AMX, Extron, Atlona, BSS, Symetrix, BiAmp, among others. Our programming is completed by certified and experienced programming experts.
Before the system is installed, the first question we pose is: How will your system be programmed to provide a seamless end user experience?
• During this process, we walk the client through the control system of
each area, and tailor the control system user interfaces-based system
requirements based on client feedback
• Develop recommended automatic control system schedules
• Story board and develop user control interfaces
• Pre-commission systems before final installation
• Provide onsite final commissioning services
After the control system has been commissioned,
we support our clients with:
• End user training with support staff
• Optional recommended firmware and maintenance servicing
• Change order requests for additional and new system functionality
• 1-year service support warranty that covers remote and onsite service
calls

Along with AV control systems commissioning, we also offer independent commissioning services for System Integrators.
